When your order arrives, please inspect your delivery carefully:
- Verify correct quantity and good condition.
- Note any missing or damaged items before signing the delivery receipt.
- All deliveries are curbside. Inside delivery is available for an extra fee.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by manufacturing, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. We recommend scheduling installation only after materials have arrived :contentReference[oaicite:2]{index=2}.
Return Policy
If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. A Return Authorization (RA) number is required for all returns.
- Request your RA within 14 days of delivery by calling (813) 400‑4861.
- No returns accepted after 14 days — orders are considered closed :contentReference[oaicite:3]{index=3}.
- Returns are only accepted in original, unopened manufacturer's packaging—no exceptions :contentReference[oaicite:4]{index=4}.
- Minimum return is 5 cartons. We do not accept returns of fewer than four cartons :contentReference[oaicite:5]{index=5}.
Cancellation Policy
- Before shipping: Call or email us to cancel and receive full credit.
- After shipping: Accept delivery, then call to start a return process — it will be treated as a return :contentReference[oaicite:6]{index=6}.
